A: 1. We have grown from a manufacturer of handmade products. Even though we sell products at wholesale prices, we maintain the same quality and production process as handmade products. Order products with us You’ll get handmade products at wholesale prices.
A: Buyer can purchase the items by request “Wholesale Form” at “Inquire & Order” topic at Homepage. It’s easy & fast.
A: It depends on the strictness of importing products from that country. We can write low price on the invoice of your package for save your customs fee.
A: Normally we do not charge for a shipping cost as we sell only the products so if you have a shipping account we can ship the package on your behalf but if you don’t have a way, we have Air transport DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT express service to serve you. Sea freight transport must be arranged by you.
• Air Freight (door to door): If you have a transport company account like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT etc., we can deliver on your behalf. If you don’t have one and need us to provide we have DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT express to serve, delivery time 3-7 days.
• Sea Freight (FOB): You need to contact the freight forwarder at the point of origin. You must provide sea freight company address then we will ship to the address you provide.
Every package can check item status all the time from website by Tracking number.
A: Our product ship from Northern of Thailand. We ship the items to worldwide.
Orders
• After you submit “Inquire & Order” We will send your wholesale form: Google worksheet link to your email within 12 hours. (if you not recieve by time please check in your junkmail.) It have all information including fabric picture and product picture to make you easy to place an order.
• Choose the “Fabric + Quanity” & “Product + Quantity” that you have a plan to order in “Each Fabric Name” tab.
• After you done please let us know by reply our “quotation” email then we will check your Google worksheet.
• Wait for our confirmation within 24-48 hours, we will check the fabric & production time then will confirm an order to you with all information & price.
• After completed payment, you can tracking real-time of your order on your individal Google worksheet at “PRODUCTION” tab.
Payment
• We do accept payment from Western Union, Wise, Payoneer and T/T. After, received payment from buyer.
Delivery and Shipping
• Always input specific details in the shipping address like the name and number of House/Building, street and contact.
• Phone number is required, it allows couriers to contact you if there is a problem to prevent delivery delays.
• Input your shipping address and details in the English language.
• Please note that we do not accept P.O. Box address in some countries. (please ask if in doubt)• Shipping time is estimated to be 3-7 business days from the day our shipping partner receives your order. The delivery time will differ from country to country according to customs standard procedure. Extended delivery days may be required for remote areas or in the event of unforeseen events such as natural disasters and weather conditions.
• All item shipped by global shipping company: UPS, Dhl Express, FedEx, TNT. Every package can check item status all the time from website by Tracking number.
• The product packed in the box can put 100-110 pcs depending on type of product.
• The shipping cost per box approximately $240-300 per box.
• Shipping to different countries may result in applicable import duties and taxes being imposed on the goods upon arrival in their destination country. These are not included in the total amount settled by the customers on each order. We can write low price on the invoice of your package for save your customs fee.
• If there are any import duties and taxes to be paid, our shipping forwarder will contact the customers directly. We have no control over these costs and we advise the customers to be aware of your country’s shipping regulations.
Care Instructions
• For the best result the pants/dresses need to wash for one or two time before use.
• Separate wash alone from another pants.
• Some color may run a few time when wash.
• Hand Wash 30°C recommended.
• Do not Bleach, dry clean and tumble dry.
• Cool iron.
• Zipper: Should be always zipped whenever not in use to maintain the shape of the bag.
• Removing Dust: Gently use a soft wool brush to remove the dust in the bag.
• Proper Washing: Can be dry clean or handwash. Use normal water temperature with mild • laundry detergent or mild soap. Gently rub the fabric and rinse. Do not squeeze and do not tumble dry.
• Put in a dry ventilated place and avoid areas with direct sunlight to preserve the fabric and prolong the usage of the bag.
• Not recommended to be machine washed. Avoid using stain removers or bleach.
• Stains: Stains can be removed using a clean cloth or a sponge with water and rubbed on the area.
• For tough stains, mix a small amount of ammonia with water, soak the bag for 10-20 minutes and wash normally.
